  • My staff and I use all possible resources. We use more than just the Multiple Listing Service.  We search any and all local for sale by owners, foreclosures, and bank-owned homes.  We drive with you through the neighborhoods you’re interested in to listen to your specific needs.

2)  We provide the best available services.  We work together to find the right home for you.

  • Working as your Buyer’s Agent, I’m not limited to a development, a builder, or one agency’s listing portfolio.  I’ll search all the area’s listings to find the best individual home for you.  In our hot market, we'll have you prepared and ready to go when your opportunity arises.  Being prepared is key.

3)  You have a Realtor on your side to help you get the best price.  You save money.

  • I negotiate the best price and terms for only you, the Buyer.  A Seller agent (the agent on the yard sign) is contractually required to negotiate the best price for the Sellers.  I will determine the current market value of the home you are interested in buying.
